I started cancer sticks when I was a kid. It had been the hugest mistake of my life. Right now I'm older and I have lung disease. I tried out each of the stopping products and yet absolutely nothing did the trick. My last try is definitely the e-cigs in the end. The most terrible thing concerning stopping is most likely the beginning week. Fortunetly for me that part went away quickly and things improved as time went on thanks to the electric cigarette.
