Crustless Smoked Salmon Quiche

salmon is healthy due to the fish’s high protein, high omega-3 fatty acids, and high vitamin D content.

what more could one ask for?
it’s super fish, in my eyes.

i’ve made this quiche before & loved it. seeing as i’m making it a second time, i thought i’d share it.

  1. Love quiche! Can still remember the very first one I tasted – wasn’t until I was almost 18 =p When I can’t be bothered making a crust I just make a frittata instead, as I don’t even need cream/milk either!
