this afternoon i spent my time learning about my pressure points on my bed.
i’m in market for a new mattress.
this mattress is not going to be purchased by me.

the pressure should be evenly distributed over a larger area rather than having trouble areas (red) like what you see here.
dinner was homemade chili:
in the chili:
- chili powder
- quorn mince
- cumin seeds
- tomato paste
- kidney beans
- canned cherry tomatoes
- corn
- habanero bone suckin’ sauce
- fresh chili’s
- onion
- capsicum
just throw it all n to taste, it’s about your tastebuds
the sides:
- corn bread
- guacamole
- spinach, garlic & mashed sweet potato, pumpkin & parsnip
