While out today, I looked up & saw some sky writing.

I took a huge breath & walk on with a huge smile on my face.

I was smiling because that one simple word conjured many thought’s in my head.

Breakfast

I started my morning with:

Simon has come to expect this breakfast & I can’t let a friend down now, can I?

My heart aches for this breakfast, it really does make me smile.

Snackage

After wandering around Pyrmont, “The Chefette” & I stopped into H2o for a coffee.

Coffee by the water really is beautiful.

We came home, sorted through a few things in the apartment then “TGB” popped over & we headed out again … To H2o again … For coffee & fresh fruit salad.
I removed the yogurt because I have this weird thing about mixing yogurt with watermelon.

Dinner

I mixed it up again tonight.
We pan-fried, we steamed & we ate.The sausage is a Quorn Sausage & it’s seriously hard to imagine why I ever ate meat. These are the real deal, low in fat & the consistency is perfect.
I used Spicy Bean Salsa with red Quinoa to bulk up my meal.
