Sugar overload!

I’ve mentioned my trainer Lily so many times that I actually begged her to pose with me so you could meet her. Without further ado, Lily:

I’m not a girl who likes sweet things.
When it comes to Twizzlers, I can’t stop.

I’m an avid “I don’t add sugar to anything” girl, the truth (for me) is that sweet isn’t better. I don’t like brown sugar, white sugar, raw sugar or fake sugar.

It’s not good for us, we all know this, you might not have a problem with this. I do.

I don’t like sugar!

My Eats

Breakfast

Sun drenched breakfast, AGAIN.

The most simple things in life are even more enjoyable in the sun.

Snackage

I picked up a Skinny Latte while out & about.

I came home from a check-up at the Dentist (New dentist, liked her) & had some fruit.

Dinner

I really do LOVE simple meals.

The sauce on top of my chicken is as easy as ABC, 123!

Ingredients

Mushroom
Onion
Canned Cherry Tomatoes
Tomato Sauce
Capsicum
Carrot
Chili
Coriander

Directions

Cut up your vegetables.
Throw them into a saucepan.
Add your Cherry Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce & Chili.
Stir well.
Bring to the boil.

Serve on top of just about anything.

Serve with freshly steamed vegetables.
