After I saw my doctor last week, we were worried about me being anemic so I had a blood test this morning to see. (I’ll know Friday).
Anemia is a decrease in normal number of red blood cells or less than the normal quantity of hemoglobin in the blood. However, it can include decreased oxygen-binding ability of each hemoglobin molecule due to deformity or lack in numerical development as in some other types of hemoglobin deficiency.
Anemia goes undetected in many people, and symptoms can be minor or vague. The signs and symptoms can be related to the anemia itself, or the underlying cause.
Most commonly, people with anemia report non-specific symptoms of a feeling of weakness, or fatigue, general malaise and sometimes poor concentration. They may also report shortness of breath, dyspnea, on exertion.

My Eats
Breakfast
I started my eats with a fruit/biscuit combo
Lunch
We headed to Space Espresso Bar (77 Dunning Ave, Rosebery, NSW 2018)
I wanted a sandwich & got the last one
Seeing as I’m not a fan of cheese, I asked them to remove it.
I paired #11 with my lover, Mr Skinny Latte.
I left Space with a tea, Hello Earl.
Black of course.
Dinner
All hail the steaming dumpling
I can’t say no to homemade dumplings
The main event was chicken, veggies & gravy. It was the perfect meal for a cold windy winter evening.
Here is my idea of the money shot, it’s a juicy piece of chicken.

Eeep you’re brave, Blood tests freak me out.
I’m petrified of blood and needles so a blood test = nono.
I hope you’re not anemic and all is well
