My dear blogging friend Susan just wrote a post about her August Goals & I decided to put a list together.
My goals for August:
1. No more than 5 cups of coffee a week
2. Finally send the packages out that are ready to go out
3. Find the perfect egg white scramble or omelette in my local area
4. Eat out only twice a week, spending no more than $25 a visit
5. Bake more
My Eats
Breakfast
Ever since I purchased my loaf of Morpeth Sourdough bread I’ve been craving a toasted sammie & I finally got around to making one.
Inside was Heinz Baked Beans & one slice of Kraft Fat Free Cheese Singles
I wasn’t feeling full so about 15 minutes later, I decided to have a bowl of cereal
I went with my favorite combo of Special K, Advantage & Organic Corn Flakes with PhysiCAL No Fat Milk.
Snack
While out during the day, I picked up Mr Skinny Latte
Dinner
On a cold Winter evening there is nothing better than sitting in front of your oven watching your dinner cook.
I just love the simplicity of roasted vegetables with herbs & steamed spinach.
I also roasted up three Natural Pulse, Adzuki Bean & Kumera Patties with some Edgell Chickpeas, topped with Michael’s Fine Foods Hommos.

yum! I love toasted sandwiches/wraps/grilled cheese/open faced sandwiches basically anything with melted cheese
Your goals sound perfectly realistic

One of my BIG goals for august is to get through some of my product reviews – my (used to be) office is so full and overcrowded that I don’t even go in there anymore
and I want to start sewing again once exams are over so I can open an etsy store
