ARRRRRGGG!

My apartment is seriously ANNOYING me. I’m in the phase where I hate my apartment, everything about it is driving me insane.
I’m reminding myself to take deep breaths & think logically. I’m writing everything down & documenting EVERYTHING!

Friday evening was a DISASTER!
I spent most of Friday either training my butt off with Lilly or in meetings, so when I went into my study I was shocked to see puddles on the floor. Sadly, water doesn’t photograph well but I’m going to post them anyways.I did have a few boxes in study & they were soakedMy study/bedroom is looking like a bomb hit it, seriously. I’m sick of living like this.

HAPPINESS!
“The Chefette” went out shopping & came home with these beautiful roses.

EATS
I grabbed these babies out of the fridge for breakfast.Cook things, toast things, pour things & you get the following. Two slices of Brasserie Bread (Sour Cherry) with Extra Light Ricotta, one scrambled egg white & a big glass of PhysiCAL No Fat Milk.(Excuse the terrible lighting issues, white balance maybe?)

Dinner was left overs. We cooked up three Natural Pulse, Adzuki Bean & Kumera PattiesThen we threw them into the stir-fry we made last night & bam. Yummers!Brown Rice Instant Ramen are seriously delicious in our stir-fryI love the color & texture of my dinnerDessert was the usual fruit & Fat Free Jalna Yogurt, topped with AHH-MAZING passionfruitI finished my day of eats with a piece of Just William ChocolateI really do love their crushed peppermint bark. It’s so delicious.

  1. Stir-fried ramen looks like an interesting concept! Never had ramen without the broth before! The dessert looks yummy! So when do you plan to unpack? lol

  2. Laura says:

We cant unpack until the apartment is finished off, dont even get me started on all those dramas!
