Chicken Loaf

Ingredients

(Serves 6)
250 gs of minced Chicken Breast
Celery
Carrot
Shallot
Brown rice
1 egg
Oregano

Directions

Place all ingredients into a bowl & mix together. Place into a oven proof dish & pat it down into the edges. Cook in the oven on 180 C (360 F) for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the dish
