Healthy French Toast

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

1 slice of bread

2 TBSP milk

2 egg whites

nutmeg

cinnamon

vanilla

Directions

mix all ingredients together. in a flat dish, allow bread to soak in all the ingredients for 2 minutes on each side. cook in a non stick pan.
